The Clinic Dilemma
When integration is offered as an add-on, few patients opt in. Most patients don’t yet understand why integration is essential to lasting progress.
Building integration into the core program improves participation and outcomes. But it creates real challenges:
-
Hiring therapists or integration staff increases program costs
-
Ketamine-only clinics can offer lower prices
-
Patients often choose the cheaper option, even when outcomes are worse
The result? Clinics feel forced to choose between better care and competitive pricing. Now, you don’t have to choose.
High quality, long term integration can be offered with minimal impact on program cost.
That’s because ongoing integration and health coaching is covered by patient insurance. Our model provides:
-
1:1 bi-weekly virtual integration and behavioral health coaching for 2–6 months
-
Access to highly trained coaches and wellness specialists
-
Clinical oversight by a Family Practice Physician (DO)
-
Case review by a PMHNP
-
Measurement based care to track progress
The result is coordinated, team based care that helps patients turn ketamine breakthroughs into lasting, healthy lifestyle change.

Hi I'm Corey
I’m Corey Dysick, Founder of Same Team.
I’m a Stanford University graduate and ICF PCC–certified executive coach with 1,000+ hours of integration experience, supporting more than 300 clients through ketamine and psilocybin programs.
As is likely true for you as well, my work in this field is deeply personal. Decades ago I almost lost a close family member to treatment resistant depression, and witnessed firsthand how psychedelic treatment paired with thoughtful integration became life saving when other options had failed.
That sparked my own curiosity that led to profound personal experiences with psychedelic assisted work, which reshaped how I relate to stress, purpose, relationships, and life. I’ve personally observed numerous beautiful transformation stories supporting clients, and I feel blessed and honored to get to be a part of this space.
Q&A
What does Same Team provide?
Same Team delivers 1:1 integration and health coaching that strengthens patient outcomes without adding administrative or financial burden to your clinic. The coaching program is overseen by a Family Practice Physician (DO), with ongoing case reviews by a PMHNP and clear escalation pathways when needed.
How does it work during a ketamine program?
We work together to create a seamless experience that works for your clinic. For example, during a typical 3–6 session ketamine program, patients might receive three virtual 45-minute integration coaching sessions scheduled between ketamine treatments. Coaching focuses on translating insights into sustainable habits, including emotional regulation, stress resilience, sleep and routine, nervous system health, relationships, and sense of purpose. Patients then have the opportunity to extend coaching support after those first 3 coaching calls.
What's the cost and operational impact for the clinic?
The clinic pays for the first three integration sessions. We price these sessions at cost, so clinics can offer integration support without impacting your overall program cost. If patients opt into continued support, their insurance typically covers 3–6 additional months of coaching at no added cost to the clinic. Typically out of pocket costs to the patient are $20-$60 a month to receive 2 hour of virtual coaching calls and asynchronous support each month. Same Team handles scheduling, patient communication, insurance intake, and benefits verification. We track outcomes using GAD-7, PHQ-9, and WHO-5 and work treatment-to-target, integrating seamlessly with your team without increasing complexity or overhead.
